Do I sell and invest (£200k) or rent out (£700/m) my empty UK house? ? - invest rent

I live abroad and plan an inhabitant of the tax benefits (payment of income tax in each country). Should I sell and investment, and if so, how? Or should I stick to the house and rented out, with perhaps that money on a mortgage to finance a bigger house here? All predictions about the% increase in house prices over the next 5 IR 10 years?
