Can you please look at my chart? Weird temps the past two days? - 12 dpo 97.6

I ovulate on CD 23, in my letter on display from tuberculosis. The time after ovulation was relatively unchanged. But) yesterday (7 DPO, my temperature rose from about 97.6 to 97.9 and now it has increased to 98.3. This is my first cycle of the mapping and my 12 months TTC. Take your temperature at the same time each day (7.15) and get the same amount of sleep per night. Has anyone any idea what could happen?
