If this is a unique circuit, they must also cross. This is one of those things you have to find a common denominator, because he wants to "wrap" leg is not. His feet hang free, most are in the forehead, but not tightly folded.

The ice on the outside, only the practice of jumping up and down .... little difficult to explain - in a step just to get up and move practice on the leg and a good "Scoop" and the poor. If you do enough of them, rather the cross and the ball to become second nature. Go Sauter to retrieve launchers, to draw strong) extract (.

Be sure to allow sufficient time for all legs - a good source of his right leg and use your arms to raise more.

As the takeoff weight should be foremost in his right leg, and you should be in his circle, his right to be supported. If you is your weight on your right, you can be an attraction to his left, which is more difficult to cross, and jumping.

TRy this year .... not for a whole cycle, but instead of jumping, throwing, and retirement.

Good luck. Loops are sometimes quite complicated! :) It took a while to get to me.

I've heard of this step, it helps me in a circle. enter them in a right turn three, but ultimately it will only go back. After switching to leap three double. Put your right foot on the right (not before). I really do not know whether this will be useful, but I hope so. Good luck!

ohh I'm having problems is in the loop, the (what I do) ...

first start back (with his left arm in front and side view of the right arm)

make two crosses (back counter-clockwise) with the poor still

backleg thrust of his (right) said that the hook on ice

Lift the left leg and kick (missing someone does not pretend to like turn ..) aid

when moving his arms over .. it is in front of two and one side (ask if it helps to do so to meet someone if you are) your arm

Then press the left leg back and hold your finish position and

Hey,

Since a single loop or shudnt ur legs too long Cuz u do not need all the cross-level, but sometimes it helps if u give him 3turn in the right. or is the right amount of whip, and that means that u can start a bit before starting, or actually turning in the air.

This is not good, then make sure to go through after u do ur jus or climb over and pull the right leg during the Uruguay Round, so sure it's ur left arm across the body and right arm behind UR UR u retired - in addition to a weight UR is in the right leg before he ur u.

Hope this helps! gud luck!

When I freestyle four years ago, I had a very hard time with him. I finally Got just keep working. I think everyone has problems with the loop, do not worry.

Practice your backspin. You must be comfortable with this position. The chances are probably open up in the air as we do not let you down, the shoulders follow your hip. That's what I would do:

1. Practice Backspin
2. Make sure to bring in his arms on his chest to the hips and shoulders to keep in line.
3. Raise your left foot to the height of the jump and then shoot the same as you do on your backspin too.

It is difficult to answer this question if you can not directly see. These are just some ideas to try. Ask a coach or friend who can see right for you and you the most help.

Pinksk8ergal As already mentioned, the legs must not be folded down in a cycle. Turn The opening "in the flow of air that is actually required. A dual requirement established by a cross - and you need to be tightened even a triple.

Whatever your input, make sure freeleg (left) is compared with the takeoff leg (right). . . before / during startup. You have to cross even when the free leg is held in the jump across the front, until he comes. If you leave freeleg tendency to one side (outside the circle), which do not cut themselves.

Try to make the leap - but not a single turn back, instead of taking the leap - entry and exit. First, go slowly. . . freeleg and remember to keep it on the front side. Once you feel comfortable and can keep the leg straight back behind his back, pick up speed, think about the sport and go back to the rotation of the jump!

I hope that helps!
